Conscious Action hosted an informative and interactive discussion about microplastics in our clothing and the impact they're having on the world's oceans alongside Jyoti Morningstar (Founder of WE-AR) and Emily Joy Frost (marine biologist).
Using her journey in the fashion industry as a vehicle for change, Jyoti is passionate about how our choices impact on the environment and our health.
Emily uses her knowledge from researching in the area of marine biology and environmental/comparative physiology, ecology and molecular biology for over 8 years.
The event was designed to both educate and empower so that we, as individuals, can take more #consciousaction in our daily lives.
